If your receipt ends up in the manual review, it doesn't mean that something is wrong. It just means that the automatic scanner has not been able to verify the receipt automatically and we therefore need to review it manually. The manual review takes a maximum of 72 hours unless the weekend gets in the way.

Receipts that contain offers with 50% or 100% cashback are more likely to end up in the manual review.
