Receipts that cannot be deciphered will be rejected. It can either be because the image quality is too low or because the photo is taken from a difficult angle. It could also be because the photo was taken from too far away, or the light was too poor. As a rule, the photo is best if you take a photo from directly above with the receipt completely centered.
