Why did I only get cashback for one of the products?

After you scan the receipt and the app does not automatically find your offers, you can click on "Continue" and then "Add offers". Add the offers you wish to redeem and click confirm, and your receipt will go to manual review where we can approve it for you.

If you want to redeem the same offer more than once (given that the offer has multiple redemptions), you can press the plus-sign on the offer before uploading the receipt.
