After you scan your receipt, if the app does not automatically detect your offers, you can tap “Continue” and then “Add offers”. Select the offers you want to redeem and press Confirm. Your receipt will then be sent to manual review, where our team can approve it for you.
If you want to redeem the same offer more than once, you can tap the plus sign (+) before uploading your receipt – but only if the offer allows multiple redemptions. Some offers are limited to one redemption per person, while others are limited to one redemption per receipt.
👉 This is usually the reason why you only received cashback for one of the products. The offer itself sets the limit, and this information is always shown inside the offer details.
