One or multiple offers could not be verified when I was scanning, what should I do?

Add offers manually

If the automatic scanner does not find your offers, you can add them manually instead. After you scan the receipt and the app does not automatically find your offers, you can click "Continue" and then "Add offers". Add the offers you want to redeem and click confirm, and your receipt goes to manual review where we can approve them for you. If you want to redeem an offer more than once on the same receipt, you can tap the plus sign before submitting the receipt for review.

When you have confirmed the receipt, you will then receive an automatic email with the result of the review to your email. If you have push notifications turned on in the app, you will also receive a notification from the review there.

The manual review takes a maximum of 72 hours unless the weekend gets in the way.
