If the receipt is long
If your digital receipt is long, we recommend saving it as a PDF and uploading that file in the app. This ensures that:
the entire receipt is included
nothing gets cut off
How to save your receipt as a PDF
On iPhone (iOS)
Open the receipt in your email or browser.
Tap the share icon (square with an upward arrow).
Select Print.
On the preview screen, zoom in with two fingers to generate a PDF.
Tap the share icon again and choose Save to Files.
On Android
Open the receipt in any app or browser.
Tap the menu icon (three dots) or share.
Choose Print > Save as PDF.
Save the file to a location such as “Downloads” or Google Drive.
On computer (Windows or Mac)
Open the receipt in your browser or email client.
Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac).
Choose Save as PDF as the printer option.
Save the file to your computer.
If you’re uploading from your phone, transfer the file there first.
Receipts received by email
The same steps apply no matter which email app you’re using (e.g. Mail, Gmail):
On iPhone
Open the email with your receipt.
Tap the share icon.
Select Print.
Zoom in on the preview to create a PDF.
Tap share again and save it to Files.
On Android
Open the email.
Tap the menu (three dots).
Choose Print.
Select Save as PDF.
Save the file to any folder.
Downloading receipts from a store’s app
Many stores offer digital receipts through their apps or websites.
How to download:
Log into the store’s app.
Navigate to “My purchases,” “Purchase history,” or a similar section.
Find the receipt you want.
Look for options like “View PDF,” “Send receipt,” or “Download receipt.”
Save the receipt as a PDF or share it directly to our app.
Tip: If the receipt opens in your browser, you can use Print > Save as PDF.
Good to know
Make sure the entire receipt is visible before uploading.
The receipt cannot be older than 14 days.
Only match offers that are actually listed on the receipt.
