Why are receipts from store apps sometimes rejected? (Norway & Denmark)

In Norway and Denmark, we’ve noticed that receipts from some store apps can be difficult for us to review. The problem is that digital receipts from these apps often don’t include all the necessary information – for example the purchase date or the full product list.

Because we need to see the entire receipt in order to approve your cashback, this can cause issues when only partial information is available.

👉 If the store’s app doesn’t allow you to download or share the full receipt, we recommend using physical receipts instead. This makes it much easier for our team to review your purchase and approve it without delays.
