Why did the offer disappear?

There can be different reasons why an offer is no longer visible in the app:

  1. You have used up your redemptions – When you upload a receipt for what may be your final redemption in an offer, the offer disappears immediately during the review. The reason is that the receipt will most likely be approved, which means your redemptions are then fully consumed. Check your history to see if your receipt is still marked as Pending.

  2. The total number of redemptions is finished – All our offers are limited to a certain total number of redemptions, which means you are not guaranteed a redemption. When an offer is shown in grey and says “No redemptions left”, it means that the total number of redemptions for the offer has been reached or that you have already used up your own redemptions.

  3. The campaign period has ended – Some offers are time-limited and therefore expire when the campaign period is over.

In some cases, offers can end quite suddenly. Offers with high cashback often run out very quickly, so it’s important to act early if you want to redeem them. For all our offers, the principle is first come, first served.
