How can I check if my Online Cashback was registered correctly?

You can check if your purchase was registered by going to Account → History → Online in the app.

Here you’ll see all your online purchases and their current status:

  • Pending – the store has received the information but hasn’t approved the purchase yet.

  • Approved – the cashback has been confirmed and will soon be paid out.

  • Declined – the purchase wasn’t approved, for example if it was returned or didn’t meet the offer conditions.
