Online cashback cannot be added manually afterwards. For an online purchase to track, the visit to the store must begin from the Rabble app before the purchase is made. This places a cookie that allows the store to link the purchase to your account.
If something interrupts the tracking, the online cashback cannot be registered. This can happen if cookies are blocked, if you switch apps or browsers during checkout or if another discount or cashback service is active at the same time.
If the tracking fails, the store does not send us any purchase information. This means that we unfortunately cannot add online cashback afterwards.
This applies only to online cashback. We can add cashback afterwards for regular receipt based purchases, but online cashback works differently.
