Can Online Cashback be added afterwards?

Yes, in many cases we can add it manually, but it requires that the tracking was active during your purchase.

For us to locate your transaction and add the cashback, there must be a registered "click" in our system. This digital footprint is only created if you started the purchase via the Rabble app and—most importantly—accepted cookies on the store's website.

When can we help? If you followed the steps and accepted cookies, but the purchase still didn't register, we can likely find the missing click manually. Please contact support with your receipt (PDF).

When is it not possible? If cookies were declined, an Adblocker was active, or if you switched browsers during the checkout, the tracking link is broken. In these cases, no "click" exists in the system, and we are unfortunately unable to claim the cashback from the store.
