Why was my Online Cashback rejected?

Cashback claims are reviewed directly by the store or their affiliate network.

If a claim is marked as rejected, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • The purchase was refunded or cancelled.

  • The store could not verify the purchase details.

  • The purchase did not meet the store’s specific cashback terms.

  • The cashback amount was set to 0 by the store or the network.

  • Another discount code, cookie, or marketing channel was credited for the sale instead.

Please note that a rejection only applies to this specific purchase and does not affect your ability to earn cashback on future orders.
