If you've taken a picture of a mobile screen or a computer screen we won't be able to approve the receipt. The camera function in the app is only for taking pictures of physical receipts or scanning barcodes.

Digital receipts can either be uploaded as a PDF or as an image. Below you will find a link to a guide on how to do this.
